Being a UK Rocketspark Silver Partner, Linden Hill Homes were referred to us by the guys at Rocketspark who had been approached about using the platform to build a new website. 

A property development firm based in London, Linden Hill Homes required a new website to replace its current one. After an initial phone consultation, we then offered to create a logo and SEO-optimised content as well as marketing straplines. 

The design brief concentrated on the showcasing of 3 property developments complete with galleries, information and downloadable brochures. To draw organic traffic to the site, we have also populated 3 landing pages focusing on each of the local areas and the key features of each:

• General information
• Travel links
• Surrounding parks
• Shopping
• Arts & entertainment
• Fitness
• Schools

For each landing page, we researched the key terms and phrases being used for each area and tailored the content to include those terms. In addition, every page on the website has also been fully optimised with meta data. 

Utilising the latest design functionality from Rocketspark, we were able to produce a website that is clean, clear and looks good on any device - so crucial when attracting a new audience.
